Submitting a Notice
If you believe content available through Quick Utilz infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@quickutilz.com with:
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter Notices
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake, you may send a counter notice with the required identifying information and a statement of good-faith belief.
Repeat Infringers
We may restrict access for users or systems that repeatedly submit or make available infringing content.
